SIOUX CITY — The 1 p.m., Saturday matchup between the Briar Cliff University Chargers and the Northwestern College Red Raiders football teams was delayed by four hours following a bus crash for the visiting team.

“This morning, while en route to our football game at Briar Cliff, one of the team buses was involved in a single vehicle accident. Some of the members of the team sustained minor injuries and are currently receiving medical attention and care at a local hospital,” Northwestern VP for Athletics Tony Hoops said in a statement at 1:30 p.m. “Following discussions with GPAC Commissioner (Corey) Westra, Briar Cliff and Northwestern College administration and medical personnel, it has been decided to move today’s kickoff to 5 p.m. Our primary concern
