LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
Hundreds of people rolled and strolled through the highlands as part of CycLOUvia.
Several blocks of Bardstown Road were closed to cars, giving neighbors a rare chance to take over the street.
The event was hosted in honor of former Councilman Tim Owen, who was an avid biker and community advocate.
It gives people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds an opportunity to come together and enjoy the outdoors in a new way.
Guests were also invited to check out restaurants and shops along Bardstown Road as they made their way through the street.
