CHARLOTTE, N.C. – One man is dead after a shooting in Northwest Charlotte. Police say it happened at a business on Beatties Ford Road near Sunset Road around 7 Sunday night. Medic says the victim was pronounced dead on the scene. CMPD is investigating this case as a homicide. No arrests have been announced at this time. Police have not released the name of the victim.
