MANCHESTER, N.H. —

A Pennsylvania family got an unexpected visitor at the start of their trip to New Hampshire, their cat, Ray Ray.

Two hours into the drive, they stopped for gas and found Ray Ray on the roof of their car.

Ray Ray stayed put through wind, bumps and highway traffic.

With no time to turn back, he joined the family on their trip to the Granite State.

"We're already so far into the trip, we have a long way to go to get to New Hampshire, so my husband says 'Well he's just going to have to come with us,'" said Mara Denardo, Ray Ray's owner. "He had such a good time and a great adventure. I actually did videos and pictures everywhere we went of him and it was just like his whole adventure."
