Local exterior cleaning service acquires Inaray holiday lighting division

A young Richmond business owner is expanding his company’s offerings to include spreading some holiday cheer with its recent acquisition.

Alpha Exterior Solutions, an exterior cleaning company, has acquired the holiday lighting division of fellow Richmond-based company Inaray Design Group, which offers lighting, technology and window treatment.

The acquisition is the first for Alpha, which was founded in 2021 by Richmond natives and childhood friends James Kastelein and Sam Watson. Kastelein , 23, is now the sole owner of the company, which provides multiple services like pressure washing, roof cleaning and gutter cleaning to area homes and businesses.
