Actor Priyamani, who shared screen space with Shah Rukh Khan in 'Jawan', couldn’t hide her excitement when asked about SRK’s recent National Award win for the blockbuster film.

“I was very, very, very happy,” she said with a big smile. “After so many years...this man has put in blood, sweat, and tears, and finally got the award. Very, very, very happy, though I couldn't congratulate him on a personal level. But I'm hoping that I can very soon.”

For Priyamani, the win was not just about 'Jawan' — it was long-overdue recognition for Shah Rukh Khan’ s incredible body of work. “Apart from that, I'm very, very happy that he got the award.
