One week after having a short bench of substitutes against the Gooding Senators, the Sun Valley Cutthroats girls soccer team had all its players available to get quality playing time in a 5-0 victory over the Declo Hornets on Saturday at Browning Field in Sun Valley.
“[It was] nice to have everybody back,” said Cutthroats head coach Kelly Feldman.
Lucy Jones got the Cutthroats on the board in the fifth minute as she weaved through the Declo defense to find the back of the net. In the 20th minute, Brynley Gage scored a goal in a similar manner as she was able to run through space, find a spot to shoot and score.
