HOWARD, Wis. (WBAY) - The Howard Village Board will review and potentially take action on a recommendation to change its ordinance regarding permits for hunting and trapping on village-owned property.
The board says it’s received reports of unpermitted hunting on certain village-owned land.
For enforcement purposes, the Howard Police Department requested to amend the ordinance, saying hunting is prohibited on all village-owned land without a permit issued by the village clerk.
The board meets at 6:30 Monday night at Howard Village Hall.
