A nearly 90,000-square-foot office building in Morris Plains has sold for $10.25 million to a technology company planning to relocate its world headquarters to the property.

The sale of 201 Littleton Road from Chopp Holdings to SiriVarsha LLC, an affiliate of health care tech company Agadia Systems Inc. , was arranged by Cushman & Wakefield .

The real estate services firm represented both the seller and buyer in the sale of the 89,100-square-foot office building,

Agadia Systems will move its world headquarters from Parsipanny to the Morris Plains property, according to the statement.

The three-story building sits on 16.5 acres and offers what the company described as a distinctive park-like setting with lake views and outdoor terraces.
