Al Pacino and the late Diane Keaton famously played married couple Michael Corleone and his long-suffering wife Kay Adams in Francis Ford Coppola ’s iconic Godfather trilogy. Off-screen, their relationship mirrored that of their characters, with Pacino and Keaton engaging in an on-and-off affair from 1971 to 1987.
