US President Donald Trump's speech in the Israeli Knesset was briefly interrupted on Monday before two lawmakers were escorted out of the chamber.
As Trump was praising US Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff, there was knocking and shouting before the representatives of the joint Hadash-Taal party Ofer Kassif and Aymen Odeh were removed.
One of them held up a sign reading "Recognize Palestine".
As Kassif and Odeh were being escorted out, other members of the Knesset stood to applaud Trump and chanted his name.
Before resuming his speech, the US president quipped: "That was very efficient.”
