GREENWOOD, S.C. (WSPA) -- Two teens were injured in a shooting over the weekend, prompting an investigation in Greenwood.

On Saturday, the Greenwood City Police Department responded to reports of gunshots in an alley between West Cambridge and Stanley Avenue. Two teenagers, aged 18 and 17, later arrived at Self Regional HealthCare with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Officers reported that the two individuals drove themselves to the hospital after the incident, where they received treatment for their injuries.

At the scene, police found several spent shell casings and secured the area for investigation. Detectives said they are currently reviewing video surveillance and other evidence collected at the scene.
