The high-stakes legal tussle over late businessman Sunjay Kapur’s Rs 3,000-crore estate took a dramatic turn on Monday as the Delhi High Court resumed hearing a plea filed by Samaira (20) and Kiaan (15) — his children from actor Karishma Kapoor. Represented by senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, the siblings have alleged that the will produced by Kapur’s second wife, Priya Sachdev Kapur, was forged to disinherit them.
