ROCK ISLAND, Ill. (KWQC) - The YWCA Quad Cities embraced spooky season Saturday with their annual Spooky Swim event, offering families a Halloween-themed aquatic experience as part of downtown Rock Island’s Back from the Dead celebration.

The event ran from 4 to 8 p.m. at the YWCA’s indoor aquatic center, featuring inflatable games and Halloween-themed activities for children and families. The timing provided a warm alternative for families as cooler October weather begins to set in across the Quad Cities.
