WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Trumbull County is getting some recognition for the efforts of its tourism board.

The organization won two awards recently at the Ohio Conference on Travel. Trumbull County was listed alongside leading Ohio destinations for its efforts in attracting attention from travelers and residents.

Some of their work that stood out was in the blog category for "Truly Trumbull Stories: Hauntings, History and Heritage." This blog series paired local stories with digital marketing.
