President Donald Trump was in the Middle East on Monday after Israel and Hamas reached a peace deal. But he said he plans to be back at the White House on Tuesday for the event honoring conservative activist Charle Kirk. Kirk is receiving the Medal of Freedom on what would have been his 32nd birthday.
