Oscar-winning actress Diane Keaton left behind a massive, real estate-fueled fortune following her death.
Keaton, star of “Annie Hall” and “The Godfather” trilogy, died on Oct. 11 at the age of 79.
The New York Post reported that Keaton left behind a staggering $100 million estate.
The savvy Keaton specialized in restoring historic homes and flipping them for large profits.
She was known to be enamored of Spanish Colonial, Mission Revival and mid-century model properties.
Keaton, who won the Oscar for Best Actress for the 1977 film “Annie Hall,” frequently sold her flips to fellow celebrities.
She bought a century-old mansion in 2007 for $8.1 million. Keaton renovated the property and solid it in 2010 to “American Horror Story” producer Ryan Murphy for a cool $10 million.
