KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — This Saturday, Tennessee looks to pick up its first win in Tuscaloosa since 2003. It will be a top-15 matchup as the No. 11 Vols make the trip to Bryant-Denny Stadium to take on No. 6 Alabama.
Both teams enter the matchup 5-1 on the season. While the Vols are 2-1 in SEC play, the Tide are 2-0 with wins over Georgia and, most recently, Missouri. Alabama's sole loss came in Week 1 against Florida State.
At noon, head coach Josh Heupel will hold his weekly press conference, recapping the win over Arkansas and looking ahead to this week's Third Saturday in October matchup. The full conference will be streamed in this story.
While the Vols have won the past two matchups against the Tide inside Neyland Stadium, it's been 22 years since Tennessee last left Tuscaloosa
