On October 11, 2025, Jessie Margaret Reynolds Musgrove of Gatesville, Texas, walked painlessly through the gates of heaven to meet her Lord. On her last day on this earth, she was surrounded with love by her son, Michael and her eldest granddaughter, Melissa.

Jessie was born to George Dossie and Margaret Isabell (Jordon) Reynolds on November 21, 1933, in Blum, Texas. She was the Captain of her high school basketball team in Blum. Jessie married Kenneth Ray Musgrove on May 1, 1952. They had 3 children. She loved flowers, being in the garden and animals. If she spotted a weed, it had to be pulled. Jessie, also known as “Granny” loved caring for her grandchildren during summer visits. She will be remembered by spending hours in the garden picking black-eyed peas, green beans, okra and more w
