Plymouth Argyle are among the 48 League One and League Two clubs entering the 2025/26 Emirates FA Cup at the first round stage.

The first round draw is taking place tonight, shortly after 6.30pm, with 40 ties to be decided, which will be played over the weekend of November 1-2.

Argyle are joined in the first round draw by Exeter City along with the likes of Cornish side Truro City, who drew 1-1 away to AFC Totton in the fourth qualifying round on Saturday and will play their replay tomorrow night, and Weston-super-Mare, who won 1-0 at home to Needham market at the weekend.

The Pilgrims memorably reached the last 16 of the FA Cup in the 2024/25 season, after entering the competition in the third round among 44 Premier League and Championship clubs.
