SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Nearly 5,000 drop-off locations are preparing to open across the country for Operation Christmas Child, including local drop-off locations in Sioux Falls.

National Collection Week for Operation Christmas Child is nearly one month away, from November 17 to 24.

Operation Christmas Child has been running since 1993, where they’ve been delivering gift-filled shoeboxes to children from all walks of life, particularly those in war-torn or poverty-stricken areas.
