New River CTC names Oak Hill native Chelsea Bricker as Director of Communications

BEAVER, WV (LOOTPRESS) – New River Community and Technical College has announced Chelsea Bricker as its new Director of Communications.

In her new role, Bricker will manage all internal and external communications for the college, including marketing, media relations, and brand management.

As a member of the President’s Cabinet, she will also help advance New River CTC’s mission of providing accessible, affordable, quality education across West Virginia.

Bricker brings extensive experience in marketing and communications. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication and a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication, both from West Virginia University.
