Outfielder Nathan Lukes is back in the Blue Jays’ starting lineup one day after fouling a ball off his knee.

Lukes is batting second and starting in right field for Game 2 of the American League championship series against the Seattle Mariners.

The 31-year-old deflected a ball off his right knee during the first inning of Game 1. He was replaced in the fourth inning by Myles Straw and was later sent for X-rays, which came back negative.
