Lou Gramm, the original voice of the rock band Foreigner, has announced that 2026 will be his final year of touring.
The 75-year-old singer, known for hits like “I Want to Know What Love Is” and “Juke Box Hero,” said he is ready to slow down after more than five decades on the road.
“I’ve been doing this over 54 years,” Gramm told Ultimate Classic Rock , referencing his entire professional career, including his first band, Black Sheep.
After a lifetime of performing, he said he plans to spend more time with his family and his cars. The decision follows his inductions into both the Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, reports noted .
“I’ve done all there is to do I feel,” Gramm said. “You know, I think in this business, you just know when it’s time.”
