TORONTO - Blue Jays outfielder Nathan Lukes is back in the lineup for Game 2 of the American League Championship Series against Seattle.
He had to leave Game 1 after the third inning due to a bruised knee.
Lukes fouled a ball off his right leg in a 12-pitch at-bat in the opening frame of the 3-1 loss to the Mariners.
He’s back in right field for the late afternoon start at Rogers Centre and will bat second.
Right-hander Trey Yesavage will start for Toronto while the Mariners counter with Logan Gilbert.
The best-of-seven series will move to Seattle for Game 3 on Wednesday night.
