MUSKEGON – The playoffs are less than a month away for high school football teams across Michigan and there are more than a dozen Muskegon-area teams that have put themselves in a position to secure a bid into their respective postseason fields.

The top 32 teams in each of the eight divisions for 11-player football will find themselves in the postseason this October, and if the playoffs kicked off this week, 11 Muskegon-area football teams would make the cut.
