WEST CHESTER — The Common Pleas Court judge who on Monday sentenced a Delaware County woman to prison for firing a handgun at another county motorist as the two encountered one another on a bucolic stretch of road in Chester County horse country was clear about the threat he thinks she poses.

“I think she could kill somebody someday,” Judge Patrick Carmody said of Racquel Graham, who fired her gun into the passenger window of the man trying to pass her on Goshen Road as the two strangers drove to work in West Chester last year. “I think she is lucky she didn’t do it in this case.”
