No-Bake Maple Cheesecake with Pecan Pear Topping

Serves 4-6

For the crust:

2/3 cup finely crushed graham crackers

1/3 cup finely chopped pecans

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For Maple Cheesecake:

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature

½ cup sweetened condensed milk

2 teaspoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

For Pecan Pear Topping:

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 cup peeled, chopped pear

¼ cup dried cranberries

2 tablespoons maple syrup

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
