As "NCIS" returns for its 23rd season, fans are prepared for some love and revenge.

Season 22 ended with a bang, leaving the team reeling from the murder of Agent Alden Parker's (Gary Cole) father and the romantic fallout between Agent Jessica Knight (Katrina Law) and Dr. Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen).
