NEWTON, Kan. (KAKE) - A 38-year-old Harvey County man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for sex crimes involving a young child.

County Attorney Heather Figger announced that Matthew Ratzlaff of Burrton was sentenced Wednesday to 301 months. He pleaded guilty in August to two counts of aggravated indecent solicitation of a child and one count of kidnapping.
