KNOXVILLE, Arkansas — A Russellville woman died after a head-on collision on Highway 64 in Knoxville early Monday morning, according to an Arkansas State Police (ASP) fatal crash report.
A Jeep was reportedly traveling eastbound on Highway 64 when it crossed over the centerline and struck a Honda traveling westbound at around 5 a.m. on Oct. 13.
Mary Michon, a 43-year-old woman who was driving the Honda, died after the collision, according to ASP. The driver of the Jeep was injured and taken to a hospital.
Officials said weather conditions were clear and the roads were dry at the time of the crash.
