U.S. President Donald Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney shared a laugh on Monday as official proceedings finished at the Egyptian resort in Sharm El- Sheikh.
During earlier remarks, Trump had thanked Carney for his support for reaching a ceasefire in Gaza, but instead of calling him by the correct title of prime minister, Trump described him as a president.
Sharing the stage after speeches had finished, and Trump had asked the media to leave the room, Carney quipped: "I'm glad you upgraded me to president."
Laughing, in reply Trump said: "At least I didn't say governor."
