FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Fargo Public Schools is asking the community to help name its new northside elementary school.

It will be constructed on the site of the current Horace Mann Elementary in the 1000 block of 3rd Street North.

The window to submit a name is open now through Friday, October 24.

They can be submitted online through a form you will find with this article on KVRR.com.

Each member of the School Board will select their five favorite names and narrow the options to a Top 5 at their November 12 meeting.

The new name will be announced on November 25.

The school will bring together Horace Mann, Roosevelt and Madison elementary students in a single school starting in the fall of 2028.
