CLEVELAND, Ohio — Guns illegally bought in Ohio ended up being used in a slew of crimes in New Jersey and Delaware, including an ambush slaying of a 15-year-old boy, according to federal investigators.

The guns were purchased by a gun-trafficking network run by an Ohio man and a New Jersey man and woman, who delivered 29 guns to Atlantic County, New Jersey, to sell on the street, according to a criminal complaint written by an agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Justin Luker, 29, of Bryan, Ohio, and New Jersey residents John Griffith Jr. and Jasmine Osorio are all charged in federal court in Camden with conspiracy to defraud the United States.
