ATLANTA - Just one week ago, the Buffalo Bills were driving down easy street, sitting atop the AFC East as the NFL's last unbeaten team with a chance to take a three-game lead over their nearest pursuer.
And then the Bills lost to that pursuer, the New England Patriots, snapping Buffalo's 14-game regular-season winning streak at Highmark Stadium. And then the Patriots won their straight game on Sunday, defeating New Orleans 25-19 to get to 4-2, and rather incredibly, the 4-1 Bills now need to beat the Atlanta Falcons Monday night to avoid dropping into second place in the division.
