With first place in the West Division clinched following last week’s 27-19 victory over the Toronto Argonauts , the Roughriders (12-4) will be giving several backups playing time this week as the Green and White visit the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (8-8) on Friday night in Week 20 of the CFL season. Most notably, Jake Maier is expected to start at quarterback for Trevor Harris, who is coming off a 340-yard, two touchdown performance against Toronto.
“It was a good conversation,” said head coach Corey Mace. “(Harris) does
