The Milwaukee Bucks might’ve just made their boldest off-court move yet. Not for a trade, though, but for family. With Giannis Antetokounmpo’s potential exit depending on make-or-break season, the franchise seems to be playing the long game by keeping his inner circle close.

According to NBA insider Marc Stein (October 13), Milwaukee plans to sign Antetokounmpo’s youngest brother, Alex Antetokounmpo, to a two-way deal. The team will first waive one of its current two-way players to make room for the move. Alex joins Thanasis Antetokounmpo, marking yet another family link to the Bucks organization.

“Alex Antetokounmpo was still two-way eligible, enabling Milwaukee to bring the family’s youngest back to the NBA with Thanasis,” Stein reported.
