It's going to be rough downtown this summer, but business owners say they'll be ready.

With the approval of the TIF bond last week, downtown business owners say they are looking forward to the expected end result of a reconstructed Center Street. But there is some trepidation about the process that will get them there. Fixing the street and replacing the pipes means digging it all up, which means closing downtown's main artery.
