The Otter Valley Unified Union School Board decided at its Oct. 7 meeting that it would like to open discussions about inviting Proctor to join its district.

The board received a letter from Greater Rutland County Supervisory Board Chair Eric Montbriand last month that requested the two boards meet to discuss joining together in a supervisory union structure in the face of Act 73 redistricting.
