Part of Route 30 in Lancaster County will be reduced to one lane in each direction overnight for about six weeks starting on Sunday, Oct. 19.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said expansion joint repairs are scheduled on Route 30 from Centerville Road in East Hempfield Twp. to Oak View Road in East Lampeter Twp.

Work will be done from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday starting Oct. 19 and continuing for six weeks.

PennDOT said one lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction of Route 30.
