Sykora scored a pair of goals on Thanksgiving Monday as the Owen Sound Attack beat the North Bay Battalion 6-4 inside the Boart Longyear Memorial Gardens. Article content Article content

Sykora’s seven goals in nine games are now tied with Saginaw’s Nikita Klepov, another USHL transfer, for second in the league behind Ethan Belchetz, Jordan Charron, and Marek Vanacker, who all have eight.

Owen Sound’s power play stayed hot in the game, working at a 50 per cent clip with three tallies on six tries.
