At 0-6, the New York Jets are no longer contending for a playoff appearance this 2025 campaign and might be willing to trade defensive end Jermaine Johnson. Several reports have the Jets trading Johnson this season even though the team picked up his fifth-year option in May and is under contract through the 2026 regular season. It's hard to imagine that when you have an abysmal offense along with a team that probably won't make the playoffs for the next three seasons that they would keep Johnson on this team. Johnson is a former first-round pick out of Florida State, who is now receiving interest from several teams looking to upgrade their pass-rushing unit.
