Mark McInerney has praised the transformational impact of Gaelic football’s new rules, fresh from helping Éire Óg to retain their Clare SFC crown and complete a historic club double.
“It’s a completely new game,” the Clare forward declared after shooting 0-7, including a trio of two-pointers, in the final against St Joseph’s Doora-Barefield.
