PROVO, Utah – Rivalry week has arrived, with the stage set between the No. 15 BYU Cougars and No. 23 Utah Utes for a Saturday evening showdown in Provo.

The Utes (5-1, 2-1) and Cougars (6-0, 3-0) will meet at LaVell Edwards Stadium on Saturday, October 18, for a 6 p.m. MT kickoff on FOX .

Fox’s Big Noon Kickoff will be in town for the first-ranked opponent the Cougars have played in 2025.

The Utes jumped back into the Top 25 this week after back-to-back blowout wins. Utah throttled West Virginia 48-14 on the road before returning home to hand No. 21 Arizona State a 42-10 loss . The team’s only loss was a 34-10 setback against then-No. 17 Texas Tech.
