INDIANAPOLIS– Troopers from the Indiana State Police-Versailles Post responded to a single vehicle crash on I-65 in northern Bartholomew County that resulted in the death of the 35-year-old driver on Sunday, October 12.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., emergency personnel responded to I-65 Northbound near the 76-mile marker, near Taylorsville, Indiana after a crash occurred where a single vehicle left the roadway. Troopers Payton Utterback and Noah Moore soon arrived in the area and located a 2025 Nissan Rogue approximately 100 feet off the east side of the roadway.

The driver of the vehicle, identified as Amanda Seguin, age 35, Indianapolis, Indiana sustained fatal injuries in the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Bartholomew County Coroner’s Office despite life saving
