SAGINAW, MI – A 61-year-old Saginaw man is facing felony charges after electronic child pornography material was seized from his local residence earlier this month.
The Michigan State Police Third District posted on social media Monday , Oct. 13, that Michael D. Tillman was arrested last week after an investigation into files he allegedly uploaded online.
Tillman now faces two counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material, another possession count and three counts of using a computer to commit a crime. He was arraigned Friday, Oct. 10, in Saginaw County District Court a day after his initial arrest.
The investigation was handled by the MSP Computer Crimes Unit and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
