A new proposal is raising red flags and concerns for South Bay horse ranchers.

Santa Clara County is considering change a number of zoning regulations in unincorporated areas that are currently home to both horse ranches and equestrian centers.

Now ranchers in and around Morgan Hill are fighting the changes, saying it threatens their future.
