The Buffalo Bills are already incredibly thin at cornerback. They got even thinner late in the first half against the Atlanta Falcons when Christian Benford left the game with a leg injury. He limped off the field while the Falcons were trying their two-minute drill.

First-round pick Max Hairston has been injured since early training camp and remains on injured reserve. Sixth-round pick Dorian Strong started the season opener and there were high hopes for him, but he’s on injured reserve with a neck injury. That leaves just Tre’Davious White and slot cornerback Taron Johnson at CB along with kick returner Brandon Coddrington. Dane Jackson is on the practice squad and has starting experience, but he can’t play against Atlanta.
