CLEVELAND, Ohio – Brook Park’s plans for $82 million in roadway improvements around the Browns’ stadium site have hit a delay in receiving a necessary signoff from a transportation planning agency so more information can be gathered about the regional impact on traffic.

The decision made by the Northeast Ohio Regional Coordinating Agency’s planning committee, in a 16-2, vote means the earliest the proposed infrastructure plan could get its OK has been moved back from December to March, Executive Director Grace Gallucci said Monday.
