Ganderbal, Oct 13: In order to take thorough review of the implementation of the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP), Jammu and Kashmir Competitiveness Improvement of Agriculture and Allied Sectors Project (JKCIP), besides Kisan Khidmat Ghars (KKGs) in the district, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore Monday convened a meeting here.
